The Senior Account Executive will manage communications strategies for tech clients, develop relationships, and mentor junior staff while executing brand campaigns and media events.

Provide high-capacity executive support to a Partner in the New York office: manage a complex calendar, prioritize meetings, coordinate cross-functional operations (Finance, HR, Senior Leadership), execute travel logistics, prepare client and new-business research briefs, and support company culture and internal initiatives with discretion and strong communication.

Provide high-level executive support to a Partner and run daily operations for the Los Angeles office. Manage complex scheduling across time zones, high-profile meetings and A-list talent, prepare client/new-business briefs, book and pivot complex travel, handle office management and vendor relationships, and maintain discretion, situational awareness, and a culture-forward office environment.
