Assists with biweekly payroll for approximately 400 employees, including time and attendance adjustments, payroll reports, reconciliations, employee record updates, deductions, garnishments, transfers, and onboarding. Administers benefits, vacation tracking, absenteeism reports, access cards, and wage-loss information for claims. Requires accounting and payroll education, attention to detail, Excel proficiency, strong communication, and preferably 2–3 years of payroll experience in a unionized organization.

Provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, including complex travel booking, calendar and meeting coordination, expense reporting, database maintenance, front-of-house service, office and facilities coordination, event support, and confidential records management. The role also coordinates correspondence, supplies, couriers, maintenance services, and workplace safety committee activities.

Supports, enhances, and integrates ERP, WMS, manufacturing, reporting, and enterprise applications. Develops and optimizes SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports; troubleshoots databases, integrations, APIs, and data issues; translates business requirements into technical solutions; coordinates with vendors; and supports system implementations, upgrades, testing, documentation, training, and process improvement initiatives.
