Supports call center leadership through agent and site dashboards, real-time queue monitoring, management reporting, workload forecasting, capacity planning, and KPI analysis. Partners with cross-functional teams to improve contact center efficiency, identify forecasting deviations, implement process improvements, and communicate workload assumptions and changes. The role also supports workforce scheduling, resource strategy, gamification initiatives, and change management.

Own the recruiting technology, data, and process infrastructure. Administer and optimize the ATS, manage sourcing tools and integrations, automate recruiting workflows, build dashboards and KPIs, document standardized processes, and deliver actionable reporting to People leadership. Partner with recruiters, IT, Security, and business stakeholders to improve efficiency, candidate experience, data access, and hiring decision-making.

Manage key automotive dealership service-center accounts, driving adoption, customer conversion, revenue growth, and account performance. Build relationships with Fixed Ops leaders, analyze business data, conduct quarterly business reviews, establish goals, provide training and coaching, document activity in CRM, and collaborate with operations teams. The role requires extensive field travel across Northern California and focuses on expanding usage among existing customers.
