Provides clinical and administrative leadership for behavioral health staff serving adults experiencing homelessness. Supervises clinicians and case managers, delivers coaching and training, supports crisis intervention, provides direct mental health and substance use care, develops evidence-based protocols, evaluates staff performance, ensures regulatory compliance, and coordinates clinical services, documentation, reporting, and meetings.

Oversee accounting operations, internal controls, financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, grant accounting, and financial policies. Partner with organizational leaders and revenue cycle teams to support strategic decisions and accurate reporting. Manage and mentor accounting staff, ensure regulatory and GAAP compliance, and continuously improve financial processes.

Provides operational and client support in outpatient behavioral healthcare clinics. Responsibilities include greeting and checking in clients, assisting with paperwork, collecting payments, verifying insurance, supporting crisis response and triage, communicating through electronic medical records and other channels, improving clinic workflows, and training new team members. The role may support multiple clinic locations and in-person, hybrid, and community-based teams.

Provides clinical and administrative leadership for Clubhouse and IPS behavioral health programs. Oversees clinical staff, supervision, recruitment, training, treatment quality, regulatory compliance, accreditation, reporting, strategic initiatives, and program outcomes. Supports recovery-oriented services for individuals with mental illness and substance use disorders, including community integration, employment, education, and direct client care.
