Responsibilities include requirements gathering, financial modeling, reporting, workflow development, testing, customer training, project risk communication, and advising on finance and capital planning best practices. The role requires ERP finance experience, advanced Excel and SQL skills, healthcare finance or consulting expertise, and travel to customer locations.

Provides client-facing Decision Support consulting for healthcare finance teams, including configuration, auditing, reporting, cost model recommendations, and tool adoption. Presents cost and margin insights, identifies opportunities to improve cost accuracy and model efficiency, manages budgets and timelines, supports client relationships and business growth, and mentors junior team members. The role requires strong cost accounting, healthcare finance, analytics, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills, with travel to customer locations up to 20–35%.

Administer and optimize Strata Decision Support solutions for healthcare customers. Responsibilities include data reconciliation, cost model configuration and auditing, reporting, enhancement implementation, customer support, cost accounting guidance, and adoption initiatives. The consultant manages multiple customer projects, collaborates with finance teams, answers system and industry questions, and contributes to internal improvements.
