The Production Supervisor plans and coordinates multiple manufacturing work centers to meet cost, quality, quantity, and delivery requirements. Responsibilities include monitoring production, improving efficiency, reducing scrap and rework, ensuring safety and AS9100 compliance, coordinating customer-order schedules, managing capacity constraints, leading cross-functional teams, developing employees, and proposing budgets. The role requires hands-on leadership in custom manufacturing, process-improvement expertise, production scheduling, and proficiency with Excel and Microsoft tools.

Creates screen prints, stencils, films, and frames from specifications, blueprints, and verbal instructions. Develops computer artwork, resizes lettering, performs chemical screen-transfer processes, mixes inks, and corrects stencils. Maintains production logs, verifies quantities, and performs rework in a loud manufacturing environment involving fumes, particles, and chemicals. Requires screen-printing experience, desktop publishing skills, blueprint interpretation, basic math, good vision, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Supervises department employees and ensures safe, timely, and high-quality production output. Leads root cause analysis, continuous improvement, Lean process adherence, bottleneck resolution, safety and productivity monitoring, employee motivation, training, attendance tracking, and teamwork. The role requires manufacturing experience, mechanical drawing interpretation, process documentation, strong computer skills, problem-solving ability, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
