Owns and manages the Customer Information System product backlog, facilitates discovery and stakeholder feedback, supports Scrum delivery, and collaborates with development, customer success, service delivery, sales, and product teams. The role includes product demonstrations, user enablement, roadmap forecasting, quality management, RFP and statement-of-work support, and helping define product management processes and objectives.

Build and lead a QA automation function: define strategy, select tooling, integrate tests into CI/CD, write automated tests and framework components, hire and coach automation engineers, drive risk-based testing and quality gates, and evaluate/adopt AI-assisted testing while maintaining human review and trusted quality metrics.

Design and build a test automation framework from scratch; write and maintain API, integration, and end-to-end UI tests; integrate suites into CI/CD; reduce flakiness; apply and evaluate AI-assisted testing tools; mentor engineers and raise automation quality across squads.
