Manage inbound queries via Zendesk, improve processes and Help Centre content, collate customer feedback, support subscription onboarding/renewals, QA CRM communications, and identify opportunities to retain and win customers.

Own and optimise the end-to-end subscription conversion experience for Racing Post. Lead paywall strategy, registration and checkout flows, audience segmentation, pricing and experimentation using platforms like Zephr and Zuora. Collaborate across Product, Editorial, Subscriptions, Data and Engineering to improve conversion, revenue and LTV through data-driven testing, performance monitoring and cross-functional alignment.

Lead and develop the graphics team to deliver high-quality visual assets across editorial, marketing, commercial, B2B, video, social and print. Set standards, workflows and prioritisation; oversee daily editorial graphics and planned campaigns; promote digital-first visual storytelling, data visualisation and motion formats; manage photographers and contributors; improve efficiencies via templates, workflows and AI tools; and collaborate with senior stakeholders to embed graphics early in commissions.
