Develops and implements manufacturing and assembly processes for new products transitioning to production. Designs tooling and fixtures, creates work instructions and time standards, supports NPI builds and low-volume production, reviews drawings and tolerances, improves process efficiency, coordinates product transfers, and resolves manufacturing issues through root-cause corrective action.
