Provides recovery support in an inpatient clinical stabilization program by maintaining a safe environment, escorting and transporting clients, conducting alcohol and drug screens, assisting with admissions and discharges, and overseeing housekeeping. Communicates respectfully with clients, families, staff, and regulatory agencies while exercising independent judgment during routine activities and emergencies. Requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, basic computer and electronic health record proficiency; substance abuse or mental health experience is preferred but not required.

Supervises nursing staff and schedules coverage, maintains medication supplies and documentation, participates in on-call rotations, educates patients on medication-assisted treatment, verifies and transcribes medication orders, and supports admissions and substance use disorder documentation while ensuring regulatory compliance.
