Supports and improves manufacturing product and process quality through data analysis, work instruction and workflow development, quality standard implementation, inspections, supplier feedback, and corrective actions. The role collaborates with production, inspectors, suppliers, and quality teams; leads cross-functional improvement efforts; analyzes quality performance; interprets drawings; and trains auditors and inspectors. Up to 25% travel is required.

Supports strategic accounts by translating customer requirements into inspection standards, workflows, and technical instructions. Analyzes quality data, leads root-cause and corrective-action activities, supports prototype builds and field validation, improves manufacturing and inspection processes, and provides supplier feedback. The role coordinates cross-functional quality initiatives, trains auditors and inspectors, validates adherence to standards, and manages customer-impacting issues. Up to 50% travel is required.

Full-time summer electrical engineering intern supporting CAD modeling, drafting, design calculations, data analysis, process improvement, CAD vault management, manufacturing design changes, and customer orders. The intern will learn machine electrical design, including power and controls, panels, wiring, motors, sensors, VFDs, PLCs, and PCBAs. They will work with senior engineers, complete individual and team projects, and present results to engineering and executive leadership.
