Provides first-line technical support to university faculty, staff, and students by phone, email, and in person. Troubleshoots university software, hardware, printers, wireless systems, and remote learning technologies; escalates complex issues to second-line support; and shares knowledge with other support specialists. Requires advanced Windows, Macintosh, software, hardware, and operating-system expertise, strong communication skills, a bachelor’s degree, five years of computer support experience, and a valid Louisiana driver’s license.

Coordinates curriculum and degree progression activities in the university Registrar’s Office. Conducts degree audits, maintains Workday progress reports, processes curriculum updates, ensures academic policy compliance, and supports commencement and end-of-semester processes. Requires accurate records management, cross-departmental communication, confidentiality, and proficiency with student information systems.

Develop and support Workday integrations, reports, web applications, and related software solutions. Participate across the quality assurance and software development lifecycle, including requirements, design, coding, source control, code reviews, configuration, testing, releases, integration, and tier-two end-user support. The role requires on-campus work and collaboration with technology teams.
