Sol Systems Benefits Overview

Monitor and analyze wholesale energy markets, state and federal clean energy policy, utility regulation, RTO/ISO processes, and FERC proceedings. Translate developments into risk assessments, opportunities, and recommendations for development, investment, asset management, and customer teams. Prepare internal reports, improve policy-tracking workflows, and support stakeholder engagement with industry associations, regulators, legislative offices, NGOs, and coalitions. Draft public comments and strategic materials as needed.

Provides comprehensive office administrative support, including greeting guests, handling mail and packages, managing office supplies, scheduling conference rooms, coordinating events and catering, and assisting HR with interview scheduling. The role requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, confidentiality, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. It is based onsite in Washington, DC, with standard weekday business hours.

The Scheduling Associate will build and analyze project schedules, track progress, identify risks, and manage scheduling for solar projects. The role collaborates with Project Developers and subject matter experts to ensure project milestones are met.
