Represent and manage creators end-to-end: build strategic career roadmaps, secure brand deals and sponsorships, negotiate contracts, coordinate operations (schedules, travel, PR, shoots), liaise with marketing and partners, scout opportunities, oversee campaigns and reporting, and protect clients' financial and legal interests while driving revenue and reach.

Manage client accounts and digital strategies, including branding, positioning, go-to-market planning, budgeting, billing, and execution. Coordinate internal content, design, and media teams; advise clients on marketing implementation; maintain project timelines and budgets; support business development; and identify opportunities to expand agency services. The role requires strong client service, strategic thinking, leadership, multitasking, attention to detail, and knowledge of commercial marketing trends.

Lead new business acquisition across creative, studios, media, and creator verticals. Own full sales cycle from lead identification through negotiation and contract closure. Develop and deepen client relationships, respond to inbound/outbound queries, perform market research, forecast and achieve revenue targets, and align creative resources to brand needs while ensuring quality and commercial outcomes.
