We put family above all else, and the motivation to care for our loved ones trickles down into how hard we work. SOAL encourages flexibility in the work place and our employees are free to work from any location of their choosing. Furthermore, we offer ten additional PTO days during the holiday season (December) to not only build on the family culture, but to ease the stress of our single moms working at SOAL.
The office environment at SOAL is like an incubator, each staff member not only prioritizes the work at hand, but we also allot 20% of the day to creative thinking and personal ventures of said employees. Here at SOAL, we recognize that our recruiting team is only as strong as the connections they build amongst themselves and their fellow team members. Therefore, to encourage this, we host monthly team building exercise, lunches and, of course, parties.
