Supports plant leadership and assumes Plant Manager duties when needed. Oversees production, quality, maintenance coordination, safety, process improvement, equipment reliability, customer technical support, trials, audits, quotations, employee development, and operational problem-solving. Leads cross-functional teams, coordinates customer initiatives, supports new equipment and process implementation, and drives improvements in productivity, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction.

Directs the operational and financial lifecycle of an industrial project portfolio, including P&L, budgeting, resource allocation, risk mitigation, compliance, and client/vendor negotiations. Supervises project managers, establishes execution standards, leads professional development, and integrates analytics and digitalization into project delivery. The role requires deep expertise in metallurgical production, industrial automation, MES, Level 2 systems, software development lifecycle governance, enterprise analytics, and project financial management.

Design, program, test, commission, and support Level 1 control systems for hot and cold rolling mills. Responsibilities include integration testing, on-site startup, customer training, troubleshooting, remote service support, and collaboration with project management, mechanical engineering, and Level 2 engineering teams. The role requires an engineering degree, at least five years of experience, PLC expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel internationally.
