Operate and set up CNC mills and lathes, interpret manufacturing prints, program using G-code, and use standard fixturing and machine controls. Operate shop equipment including band saws and presses, inspect parts with precision measurement tools, and follow established procedures. The role works Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts, and requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license.

Leads corporate improvement, strategic planning, merger and acquisition analysis, and business transformation initiatives. Partners with executives and stakeholders to identify challenges, gather market and financial data, develop recommendations, create project plans, monitor milestones, facilitate meetings, and drive implementation. Prepares presentations and insights for senior leadership while managing projects across the organization. Travel to company locations and customer sites may reach 25%.

Manage plant material control, sourcing, purchasing, production planning, inventory, and shipping and receiving. Responsibilities include obtaining quotes, creating purchase orders, coordinating suppliers and deliveries, maintaining bills of materials, expediting materials, controlling inventory, supporting production scheduling, and developing supplier programs such as VMI and JIT. The role also oversees indirect supplier selection, purchasing agreements, and supply constraint analysis.
