Own end-to-end localization operations for enterprise clients, serving as the primary operational contact and trusted advisor. Develop product launch narratives and messaging that connect with customers and prospects. Create demos, case studies, webinars, campaigns, web content, and customer stories. Partner cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success to ensure consistent positioning. Conduct customer and prospect research, identify market trends, and use data-driven insights to strengthen product marketing strategy.

Source and engage prospective customers through email, Zoom, and social outreach; qualify buying interest, articulate Smartling’s value proposition, handle objections, maintain prospect data in Salesforce, and hand qualified opportunities to Account Executives. The role also requires product and industry knowledge, collaboration with marketing and sales, and representation at industry events.
