Lead enterprise client implementations from sales-to-service transition through go-live. The role focuses on delivering complex FinTech implementations on schedule while improving processes and client outcomes.

Own product discovery and delivery for a complex financial application. Responsibilities include clarifying user needs, documenting bugs and features, collaborating with developers on system design, maintaining product documentation, organizing and prioritizing the backlog, managing delivery risks, and analyzing product outcomes.
