Manage the end-to-end monthly UK payroll cycle and pension administration, including amendments, retroactive calculations, validation, submissions, audits, employee queries, pensioner payments, bereavement cases, and HMRC reporting. The role ensures compliance with payroll legislation and organisational policies, supports the People Coordinator, liaises with Finance and SPPA, maintains confidential records, and identifies process improvements. This is a part-time, 12-month fixed-term position.
