Duties include managing case files and documents, audio/copy typing, reception and client enquiries, diary management, processing invoices, using Legal Aid Online, and supporting training and administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Provide high-quality criminal defence advice and representation across Scotland as nominated and duty solicitor. Advise clients in police detention and court, apply PDSO procedures, build local client base, mentor colleagues, support network-wide caseloads, and contribute to staff training and external partnership work.
