Provides guidance to team members and delivers production-ready work according to pipeline and quality standards.

Architects, deploys, maintains, secures, and automates Linux-based services for an animation studio. Develops provisioning and management tools, promotes programmatic service deployment, documents operating procedures, ensures high service uptime, establishes studio-wide systems standards, and supports team development. Requires experience with Ansible, RHEL, Bash or PowerShell, DevOps methodologies, virtualization, deployment processes, and 3D animation environments.

Creates 3D previsualization and scene layouts for animated films, translating storyboards into cinematic shots with character blocking, camera staging, and acting. Collaborates with supervisors, leads, and production teams while providing artistic guidance and managing assigned work. Requires strong 3D animation aptitude, photography and storytelling knowledge, Maya experience, and familiarity with non-linear editing tools. Unreal Engine and Linux experience are preferred.
