Skolem offers Guardian Dental plans, which comes with access to one of the nation’s largest dental networks with over 133,000 dentists. Preventive services at in-network dentists are fully covered by our plan. For basic and major services, there is a low deductible.

Vision
Skolem offers the VSP Choice Vision Plan with low co-pays and generous allowances towards glasses or contact lenses.

Wealth Management
Skolem offers 401K benefits through Vanguard. Skolem matches contributions at 100% up to 4% and 50% from 5-8%.
