Sixth Street Benefits Overview

Perform fund accounting and corporate finance tasks for two BDCs: record investment activity, reconcile cash with Administrator, support monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and SEC filings, assist audits and compliance reporting, maintain internal controls, and liaise with auditors and service providers.

Support accounting and reporting for Sixth Street management companies including monthly and quarterly close tasks, P&L reviews, expense and employee allocations, external and management reporting, internal controls, cross-department collaboration, and special projects to improve processes and efficiencies.

Manage accounting and reporting for Insurance SMAs: reconcile cash and investment positions, review investment setups, prepare complex waterfall and management fee calculations, assist expense reporting and quarterly valuations, produce investor reporting, support fundraising materials, and participate in special operating and financial projects.
