Supports commercial real estate credit distribution and loan syndication across senior loans, mezzanine debt, risk retention, private placements, and transitional lending partnerships. Responsibilities include financial modeling, pricing analysis, investor marketing, transaction coordination, partner management, pipeline and risk monitoring, reporting, and collaboration with originations, capital markets, credit, legal, sales, and securitization teams. The role also supports investor outreach, allocation, due diligence, documentation, and closing execution.

Leads legal systems strategy and operations, owning Ironclad configuration, enterprise integrations, data flows, dashboards, analytics, AI enablement, procurement systems support, data governance, and legal technology initiatives. Partners with Legal leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, and technology teams to improve contract lifecycle processes, reporting, compliance, operational efficiency, and data quality.

Supports client delivery and implementation of SitusAMC software in production environments. Documents specifications, configurations, user guides, and release notes; configures and tests applications; validates and routes software defects; analyzes requirements; demonstrates upgrades and enhancements; and conducts client and internal training. Provides customer liaison support through virtual and on-site service delivery while resolving issues and adapting to changing priorities.
