Silicon Valley Clean Energy Benefits Overview

Leads financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, long-range planning, forecasting, financial modeling, performance reporting, reserve planning, treasury support, and KPI development. Partners with the CFO and organizational leaders to evaluate financial impacts, support strategic decisions, maintain financial policies, improve planning systems, and oversee staff, vendors, and cross-functional initiatives. The role also supports credit rating management and presents financial insights to executives, committees, boards, and stakeholders.

Oversees accounting operations, monthly and annual close, financial reporting, audits, internal controls, accounts payable and receivable, payroll accounting, banking, invoicing, and cash management. Partners with accounting vendors, Finance, HR, auditors, and stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant financial operations. Leads process and system improvements, safeguards public resources, and supervises assigned staff and external partners.

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure and end-user support, lead IT projects and vendor selection, supervise support staff, manage hardware/software inventory and licensing, implement policies and security procedures, provide training, participate in incident response, and support hybrid in-office and event AV operations including monthly evening Board meetings.
