Enable AI coding agents to test and validate code autonomously while improving engineering velocity, reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency. Collaborate with engineering teams to remove development bottlenecks and scale testing systems.

Own and evolve Sift’s external visual identity across websites, campaigns, sales materials, presentations, and product storytelling. Translate complex technical concepts into clear visual narratives, diagrams, and illustrations. Build scalable brand systems, templates, and reusable assets while partnering with Marketing, Sales, Product, leadership, agencies, and contractors. Manage projects from concept through production, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across digital and print channels.

Own end-to-end product design for Sift’s complex, data-rich platform, from user research and problem discovery through prototyping, validation, and launch. Design intuitive workflows for technical users working with telemetry and mission-critical hardware data. Partner with Product and Engineering, contribute to the design system, conduct customer research, participate in critiques, and use AI-assisted tools such as Claude Code and Figma MCP to accelerate prototyping and iteration.
