Shinola Benefits Overview

Leads Shinola’s people strategy and day-to-day HR operations across corporate, manufacturing, and retail teams. Advises executives, oversees employee relations, recruiting, compensation and benefits coordination, compliance, HR systems, engagement, development, and organizational change. Manages the HR team, builds scalable people programs, tracks workforce metrics, supports succession planning, and ensures consistent employment practices across multi-state locations.

Senior Accountant responsible for monthly reconciliations, financial reporting, journal entries, month-end close, cost and margin analysis, variance analysis, audits, internal controls, and process improvements across Shinola and Filson. The role partners with Supply Chain, Operations, Retail, Ecommerce, FP&A, and leadership teams while supporting ERP enhancements and delivering accurate financial insights across retail, ecommerce, and wholesale channels.

The Controller oversees financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, and audit interactions, while managing a team in a multi-entity environment.
