Shinola Benefits Overview

Perform scheduled cycle counts of raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and production supplies. Verify inventory quantities, locations, lot/serial numbers in ERP/WMS; investigate and reconcile discrepancies; process inventory adjustments; collaborate with Production, Quality, Shipping, Receiving, and Purchasing. Support physical inventories, prepare transfers to distribution center, maintain documentation, and participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives.

The Controller oversees financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, and audit interactions, while managing a team in a multi-entity environment.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the Shinola brand. Produce monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), build financial models, perform ad hoc analysis and scenario planning, partner with cross-functional leaders, support close processes, and improve ERP/BI reporting and forecasting processes for senior leadership decision-making.
