Lead discovery and technical pre-sales for ServiceNow solutions (CSM, FSM, ITSM, HRSD, App Engine). Build demos/POCs, prototype AI-powered workflows, scope projects, create estimates and proposals, and champion reusable assets and AI capabilities across the team to win public sector deals.

The Business Analyst will gather requirements from clients, support project lifecycles, conduct demos, and manage change, while utilizing ServiceNow. Responsibilities include documentation and relationship building.

As a ServiceNow Solutions Architect, you'll drive solutions for large scale projects, lead the development team, and engage with clients while mentoring technical consultants.
