Servbank Benefits Overview

Provides mortgage servicing support as a single point of contact for borrowers with current or delinquent residential loans. Handles collections, loss mitigation, financial hardship documentation, payment negotiations, repayment plans, borrower counseling, regulatory compliance, account documentation, and inbound and outbound calls. The role seeks to resolve delinquencies, prevent foreclosure progression, maintain clear borrower communication, and collaborate with internal servicing teams.

Drive new commercial banking business by prospecting, networking, and developing relationships with business owners and decision-makers. Generate deposits, commercial loans, treasury management opportunities, and other banking solutions. Manage a sales pipeline, conduct financial needs assessments, grow and retain client portfolios, meet acquisition and revenue goals, and represent Servbank in local business and community networks.

Coordinates inbound mortgage loan transfers, client setup calls, milestone tracking, documentation distribution, wire transfers, reconciliation, loan boarding administration, reporting, and issue resolution. Serves as the primary contact for clients and prior servicers, maintains accurate records, closes pending tasks within required timelines, and supports senior coordinators. Requires mortgage servicing knowledge, strong communication and organization, multitasking ability, and flexibility during high-volume periods.
