Provides administrative and operational support for new development sales galleries and sales agents. Manages calendars, communications, tracking systems, reports, website and marketing information, vendor coordination, event planning, supplies, and developer updates. Serves as a liaison among sales teams, developers, management, and staff while maintaining accurate project records and supporting marketing activities.

Manages escrow funds throughout real estate transactions, including reviewing documentation, monitoring deposits, resolving discrepancies, supporting closings and cancellations, preparing disbursement requests, coordinating payment approvals, and reconciling restricted cash accounts. The role collaborates with Compliance, Commissions, Accounting, Treasury, agents, attorneys, closing entities, and brokerages while maintaining accurate, audit-ready records and escalating disputed or unresolved matters.
