Leads the Marlin product line with full P&L responsibility, overseeing strategy, revenue growth, sales, product management, software development, technical support, budgeting, operational efficiency, and team development. Owns product positioning, roadmap, customer relationships, market expansion, financial performance, and cross-functional alignment across Sercel and Viridien.

Optimizes and executes onshore and offshore seismic acquisition surveys using specialized software. Responsibilities include analyzing historical datasets, designing acquisition plans, managing data, monitoring field performance, troubleshooting operational issues, reporting results, communicating with clients, mentoring analysts, and contributing operational feedback to product development. Offshore assignments take place aboard marine seismic vessels, while onshore work may be hybrid or remote.
