Seqera Benefits Overview

Lead technical client implementations of Seqera Platform across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. Deploy infrastructure, networking, security, storage, containers, and compute resources; build repeatable automation and documentation; and guide clients through security constraints. Support pre-sales proofs of concept, provide technical escalations, and turn recurring deployment challenges into lasting improvements. The role requires strong cloud, infrastructure-as-code, containerization, scripting, workflow, and client communication skills.

Leads Seqera’s Platform Infrastructure team, owning cloud reliability, security, cost management, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability, incident response, and production-readiness standards. Oversees the launch and operation of dedicated single-tenant customer environments, including provisioning, upgrades, isolation, and cost modeling. Develops Helm charts and Terraform providers as customer-facing products, partners on architecture decisions, and hires, mentors, and grows DevOps and security engineers.

Own and build low-level cloud systems (Fusion, Fusion Snapshots, Ignite, Sched). Write production code in Go/C (with Rust and JVM where needed). Work close to the OS (FUSE, namespaces, CRIU), enable multi-cloud orchestration, drive performance engineering, improve testing/observability, and mentor teammates.
