Seqera Benefits Overview

Provides hands-on technical support and customer engagement for Seqera’s pharmaceutical and enterprise accounts. Deploys and scales Nextflow and Seqera products across cloud and HPC environments, troubleshoots workflows, delivers onboarding and optimization services, leads technical meetings and workshops, and supports account retention and expansion. Partners with Customer Experience, Product, and R&D teams while contributing customer insights, engagement tooling, and knowledge resources.

Own the research engine improvement loop by building evaluation suites, transforming deployment data into training corpora, and post-training specialized open-weight models. Run iterative training cycles, address regression and forgetting, evaluate agentic systems, and shape the next-generation roadmap with the Founding Scientist. The role requires hands-on model deployment, open-source contributions, and in-office work in Barcelona.

Build reproducible bioinformatics workflows with Nextflow, develop cloud and HPC data infrastructures, and deploy scalable pipelines for genomics and other scientific datasets. Engage customers to define requirements, deliver projects, provide training, document solutions, and communicate progress. The role also collaborates with internal teams and applies expertise in programming, omics analysis, cloud architectures, and production bioinformatics software.
