Leads a distributed engineering organization responsible for end-to-end delivery and lifecycle support of perimeter intrusion detection sensors. Oversees hardware, embedded software, signal processing, verification, manufacturing transfer, quality, field escalations, roadmap planning, staffing, and compliance. Partners with systems architecture, product management, and AI/ML specialists while developing managers, technical leads, and early-career engineers. Requires leadership of combined hardware and software teams, physical product delivery experience, and strong expertise in sensor technologies.

Manage sales across the Benelux region, developing partnerships, maintaining customer relationships, identifying market opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Own the full sales cycle from needs analysis and solution presentation through negotiation and closing, including longer channel-sales cycles. Create regional growth and pipeline plans, present security technology solutions, and collaborate with sales and support teams. The role requires independent execution, consultative selling, Dutch and English communication, technology fluency, CRM experience, and travel.

Owns sales and growth initiatives across the Northwestern United States. Responsibilities include developing account plans, managing complex sales pipelines, preparing technical proposals and quotations, forecasting revenue, demonstrating products, cultivating customer and partner relationships, and achieving bookings and revenue targets. The role requires selling complex IP security solutions, collaborating cross-functionally, communicating value to executive decision-makers, and traveling extensively throughout the territory.
