Owns the technical critical path for embedded hardware and software new-product programs from concept through production. Coordinates electrical, mechanical, software, firmware, optics, and systems engineering; leads design reviews, technical trade-offs, risk mitigation, verification readiness, documentation, supplier deliverables, and corrective actions. Requires embedded systems expertise, formal design-control experience, and experience shipping sensing or electro-optical products.

Develops and coordinates internal and subcontract manufacturing schedules, manages WIP and inventory flow, tracks subcontractor execution, identifies capacity and supply constraints, and expedites materials to meet production and customer commitments. Maintains MRP accuracy, analyzes inventory variances, manages consumables, supports shipping and receiving transactions, coordinates defective-material recovery, and contributes to continuous improvement and manufacturing reporting.
