Supports preparation and analysis of reinsurance settlement statements under U.S. STAT requirements. Responsibilities include month-, quarter-, and year-end close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, disclosures, internal controls, audit support, financial statement analysis, procedure improvements, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires accurate, compliant work, strong organization, and effective communication while contributing to continuous improvement and special projects.

Prepare federal, state, local, income, premium, and regulatory tax filings; calculate quarterly tax provisions; reconcile tax accounts; process estimates and payments; research tax issues; support audits; and improve tax compliance workflows. The role requires collaboration with Tax and Finance teams, accurate financial data handling, deadline management, and knowledge of insurance and financial services tax requirements.

Supports investment accounting operations through ledger maintenance, close activities, cash reconciliations, audit schedules, journal entries, data validation, intercompany transactions, and investment onboarding. The role also assists with process improvements and special projects while ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting procedures.
