Supports month-end close, journal entries, intercompany accounting, account reconciliations, budgeting, project profitability analysis, ASC 606 revenue recognition, and sales and use tax filings. Partners with project and operations managers to review project costs, forecasts, variances, and financial results while maintaining accuracy under SOX controls and tight deadlines.

Supports construction project managers with billing, contracts, change orders, lien releases, insurance compliance, document control, project closeout, payment tracking, and administrative coordination. The role also manages project files, subcontractor and vendor documentation, bond information, travel arrangements, and collection notices. Requires frequent road travel for material and document delivery.

Drive revenue growth and profitability across Southern California by developing market strategies, building client relationships, expanding the project pipeline, and securing large commercial structural steel projects. The role leads cross-functional collaboration with estimating, engineering, preconstruction, marketing, and proposal teams, while managing sales targets, market expansion, client engagement, and strategic partnerships. Travel up to 25% is required, along with occasional evening and weekend availability.
