Manage risk governance frameworks including ICAAP, risk inventory, risk strategy, risk-bearing capacity, and stress testing. Prepare risk reports for senior management, committees, and regulators, advise business units on risk limits and corrective actions, and support non-financial and operational risk processes such as RCSAs, KRIs, incidents, and new product risk assessments.

Supports cash and securities operations including transaction booking, settlement, reconciliation, reporting, mismatch investigation, and process optimization. The role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely services for brokerage and wealth-management clients. Responsibilities span areas such as payments, clearing and settlement, corporate actions, transfers, custody, and tax operations.

Own daily reconciliation, SEPA payment processing, liquidity management, and operational continuity. Design scalable processes, reduce operational risks, mentor team members, analyze complex cash transactions, make fact-based decisions, and coordinate with trustees, central banks, service providers, and internal stakeholders. The role requires strong banking operations knowledge, especially payment processes, account reconciliation, backend dependencies, and middle- or back-office environments.
