Graduate analyst programme in Operational Capital Markets with six rotations across real estate valuation, agency, capital advisory, investment strategy and asset management. Responsibilities include market research, comparable analysis, valuation appraisal, Excel cash-flow modelling, transaction underwriting, and supporting client projects across residential, student accommodation, healthcare, hotels, self-storage and other living sectors. The role provides training toward APC qualification and exposure to UK and European real estate markets.
