Champions the XPression product line by supporting sales teams, customers, and product development. Creates demos, tutorials, workflow diagrams, technical documentation, and proof-of-performance presentations. Provides technical guidance for broadcast graphics platforms, supports trade shows and customer workflows, responds to tenders, trains internal teams, coordinates with OEM partners, and contributes to product roadmap decisions. The role requires extensive XPression and broadcast graphics experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

Maintain accurate manufacturing master data across ERP, PLM, MES, and analytics systems. Audit item records, identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, document data structures and governance rules, and support automated quality checks, dashboards, ERP testing, and UAT. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, IS/ERP, and data-entry teams to resolve routing, work-order, and status issues while improving data processes and system reliability.

Develop and integrate software for manufacturing equipment, automation, data collection, dashboards, and factory performance monitoring. Build SQL-based services and applications connecting ERP, MES, databases, APIs, and production systems. Collaborate with engineers and production staff, work on the factory floor, and own testing, deployment, support, and bug fixes. The role requires strong Python and SQL skills, basic web development, user-focused tool building, and interest in manufacturing systems.
