Benefits at Roche

As a Field Engineering Specialist, you will repair and service Roche products, provide technical support and preventative maintenance, troubleshoot hardware and software failures, and ensure customer satisfaction with technical services in the Seattle area. Regular travel is required, with up to 50% overnight stays.

Ensure high-quality management of day-to-day accounts and accounting processes, collaborate with APAC Ops teams for accuracy and smooth operations, contribute to asset protection and determine appropriate accounting treatment for global projects. Coordinate and execute month-end activities, perform analytical reviews, manage internal controls, review balance sheet reconciliations, submit reporting packages accurately and timely, oversee Accounts Receivables/Payables, treasury management, master data, tax calculations, audit preparations, compliance audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Coordinate and lead finance and accounting tasks in the Record to Report Department at Roche. Manage people, ensure service quality, manage change initiatives, foster relationships with stakeholders, and provide assistance to team members. Requires a university degree, 5+ years of experience, proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, and strong communication skills.
