Roadie Benefits Overview

Serves as a strategic people partner to leaders across Roadie, owning employee relations, investigations, performance management, manager coaching, compliance, talent management, job architecture, engagement initiatives, and people analytics. Supports onboarding, benefits administration, HR systems, and day-to-day People Operations while helping scale programs and organizational effectiveness.

Provides phone, email, and text support to customers, partners, drivers, and community members. Resolves delivery issues, monitors in-progress deliveries, takes corrective action, documents interactions in Salesforce, and collaborates across departments. The role requires strong communication, empathy, problem-solving, troubleshooting, adaptability, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays in a remote-first environment.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and infrastructure for Roadie’s logistics platform. Identify performance bottlenecks, improve reliability, collaborate with Product, Data Science, and engineering teams, contribute to code reviews and technical practices, and own projects from concept through production.
