As a senior director of product on the patient experience side at Ro, Alison spends her time working with her team and cross functional partners to find patients the best treatment plan for their needs and lifestyle. Whether it’s analyzing the funnel of an onboarding visit or how to present treatment information to patients, she is constantly trying to understand patients behaviors and identify the best ways to engage them during their treatment journey. Alison works with Ro's business, engineering, and clinical leads to define, align and execute strategies in a way that is flexible to new information and strives towards delivering the ideal patient experience.
