The FSQA Manager develops and improves food safety and quality systems across multiple feed plants. Responsibilities include maintaining HACCP and food safety plans, leading internal and external audits, managing corrective actions, delivering training, ensuring regulatory compliance, analyzing quality trends, conducting root cause investigations, and partnering with operations, engineering, procurement, logistics, sales, and laboratory teams to improve product quality. The role also serves as the company’s PCQI and primary food safety audit liaison.

Supervise plant operations and operator team to meet production goals, ensure feed/food safety, maintain records and inventories, train and coach operators, perform floor operations and troubleshoot equipment and personnel issues.
