Owns Ways2Well’s DTC and B2B events from strategy and concept through planning, on-site execution, and post-event analysis. Responsibilities include venue and vendor management, budgets, logistics, staffing, brand representation, live troubleshooting, attendee experience, performance measurement, and optimization. The role requires frequent travel, evening and weekend availability, and hands-on leadership at wellness activations, conferences, trade shows, partner events, launches, and VIP experiences.
