Own pipeline, capture strategy, competitive assessments, pricing, proposal content, customer engagements, and cross-functional coordination. Drive pursuits using RII technologies (AI vulnerability research, proprietary tooling), manage risks, support demonstrations/prototypes, and travel to customer events (25%) to win contracts and expand the Cyber line of business.

Manage day-to-day HR operations and HRIS data integrity; coordinate onboarding/offboarding, payroll and benefits support, employee relations, performance and engagement programs; produce HR reports and dashboards; support compliance, training, and HR technology improvements to deliver an exceptional employee experience.

Lead and coordinate multiple cybersecurity program teams to deliver mission-focused software solutions. Own program planning, schedule, cost, requirements, risk management, customer engagement, business growth, and proposal efforts. Interface with government customers, resolve technical issues, work with engineering on execution roadmaps, and manage program performance and deliverables.
