Supports menswear product development from sourcing fabrics, yarns, prints, and garments through costing, samples, supplier coordination, and seasonal buy meetings. Maintains product trackers, tech packs, critical path updates, sample schedules, and pricing information. Works with Design, Buying, Merchandising, Technical, Sustainability, and suppliers to resolve queries, improve margins, maintain quality, and meet delivery deadlines while developing expertise in sustainable product development.

Supports and improves business-critical applications, integrations, automations, reporting processes, and data flows. Monitors daily operations, investigates and resolves incidents, maintains documentation, supports users, collaborates with vendors, and delivers small process and system improvements using Microsoft Power Platform and PowerShell. The role follows ITIL-aligned processes and requires rota-based flexibility, including early starts, late finishes, and weekend work.

Create social-first stills and videos for campaigns, products, and cultural moments. Manage content from concept through shooting, editing, post-production, and delivery. Lead on-set capture, produce platform-specific formats, test creative variations, maximize shoots through reusable templates and AI-supported workflows, and stay current with social trends and audience behavior while collaborating with Social, Art Direction, and Production teams.
