Wherever and whenever he works, Chase Kimball knows Rebellion has his back. “Life is very full, both at work and outside of work,” he said. Leading revenue operations, he keeps a fast pace to accomplish goals that require “time, focus and energy.” Luckily, Rebellion’s culture of openness and accountability means all are trusted to manage their own schedules. That autonomy matters to Kimball, who keeps just as busy on the homefront. “I have two small children with a third on the way, and I also serve as the head of our local church,” he said. “That demands presence, attention and discernment.”
