Rebag Benefits Overview

Supports daily e-commerce operations across Rebag.com and third-party marketplaces. Responsibilities include order processing, refunds, escalations, fraud reviews, shipping issue resolution, marketplace listings and feeds, order-status checks, audits, TikTok Live support, and process improvement. The role requires Wednesday-to-Sunday availability, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Provides elevated in-store customer service, builds and retains client relationships, generates leads, and achieves sales goals and KPIs. Represents Rebag as a luxury resale brand ambassador, educates customers, supports product launches, maintains product knowledge and visual merchandising standards, processes stock and online orders, and assists with store operations. Requires teamwork, organization, fashion and sustainability passion, flexibility, weekend and evening availability, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

As a Livestream Moderator, you will manage behind-the-scenes operations for live selling shows on TikTok, ensuring smooth technical execution, engaging audience interaction, and effective product presentation throughout the broadcast.
