Owns end-to-end billing, accounts receivable, collections, revenue and deferred revenue accounting, tax compliance, reconciliations, and related systems for Canadian and US operations. Manages two Billing Specialists, leads the migration to Maxio Advanced Billing and Maxio Core, supports Avalara implementation, maintains audit controls, and partners with cross-functional teams on billing workflows.

The Account Executive will generate and manage outbound and inbound sales pipelines, prospect through cold calls and multichannel outreach, conduct product demos, negotiate and close SaaS deals, and build relationships with midsize to enterprise clients. The role requires meeting activity, pipeline, revenue, and quota targets; maintaining CRM accuracy; attending industry events; presenting to prospects; and collaborating to overcome objections and sales challenges.

Qualify and prospect inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, video, social and LinkedIn. Use Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong to build pipeline, meet KPIs, and collaborate with Account Executives to drive sales growth.
