The Business Insights Analyst leverages data to provide insights across various business functions, using AI tools to enhance decision-making and reporting.

Execute outbound lead generation and ABM campaigns to identify, engage, and qualify mid-market and enterprise SaaS prospects. Use multi-channel outreach (email, phone, social), maintain CRM (Salesforce, Salesloft), analyze buying signals and product usage, build pipeline, represent the company at industry events, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize conversion and handoffs.

Lead design and ownership of the end-to-end systems and data architecture connecting Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, the Reachdesk platform and BI layer. Build governance, master data management, and AI frameworks; partner with Finance, GTM, Product and Customer teams; drive closed-loop quote-to-cash and lifecycle processes; lead a small technical team and external partners; report system health and operational KPIs to executives and the Board.
