Own the Reachdesk platform’s product direction and initiatives from discovery through delivery, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement. Partner with Engineering, Design, customers, technology partners, and business teams to prioritize opportunities, define user experiences, make trade-offs, develop integrations, and deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.

Coordinate end-to-end branded swag sourcing, production, shipping, and delivery for global clients. Manage vendor orders, purchase orders, pricing, proofs, client approvals, shipping schedules, customs paperwork, tracking, billing, and delivery confirmations. Support client proposals, provide order updates, resolve production issues, and collaborate with project leads, suppliers, couriers, and warehouses to meet service-level agreements.
