Manage a portfolio of 300+ SMB accounts across implementation, value delivery, relationship building, renewals, and upselling. Use tech-touch automation and high-touch engagement to improve account health, retain customers, and grow revenue. Build trusted customer relationships, analyze account data, negotiate commercially, and collaborate with operations, marketing, support, and product teams to influence the roadmap.

Lead a small data engineering team while remaining hands-on building and operating production pipelines, integrations, data services, and platform capabilities. Own the data roadmap, reliability, governance, security, monitoring, and quality practices. Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Insights, while mentoring engineers, managing delivery, and using AI-assisted development tools responsibly.

Serve as Ravio’s first dedicated in-house legal counsel, owning commercial contracts, corporate matters, employment issues, privacy documentation, data protection compliance, governance, and external counsel relationships. Support SOC 2 and ISO certification cycles, administer Vanta, manage security questionnaires, and advise leadership and cross-functional teams on legal and regulatory risks. The role requires independent ownership, practical contract negotiation, strong UK/EU privacy expertise, and hands-on compliance operations experience.
